The 15th Annual Feminist Affair

THANK YOU for celebrating with us at the Feminist Affair last night

Together we celebrated our vibrant feminist community, and it was amazing!

We recognized our Feminist in Action Awardee, Attorney General Andrew Campbell, a tireless feminist champion. We appreciate her powerful comments that reminded us of the importance of courage, community, and continued advocacy.

We crafted the revolution together—designing bold feminist buttons and friendship bracelets as symbols of empowerment and solidarity. A special thank you to Goddess Cecelia for guiding us through an exploration of the many forms of pleasure and helping us create personal representations of our own pleasure parts.

We heard from feminist champions: Senator Jo Comerford, Senator Pat Jehlan, Representative Mindy Domb, Representative Barber, Treasurer Deborah Goldberg, and Governor Maura Healey, whose words energized the audience and reminded us of the strength found in solidarity and action.

We were inspired by the powerful keynote from Dana Alas, the Executive Director of the Boston Mayor’s Office of Women’s Advancement, whose remarks motivated us to continue advocating for gender equity and uplifted everyone in the room.

Together we danced to music by DJ Bux Wild, celebrating joy, community, and the energy that fuels our movement throughout the night.

An extra shout out to our sponsors: Eastern Bank Cambridge Trust, JLC Tech, Aunt Flow, Kilpatrick Strategies Co., Representative Alice Peisch, Wegmans, and Unicorn.

Another thank you to our Host Committee members: Kristine Acevedo, Quiana Agbai, Stephanie Baldwin, Sophie Bionelli, Kat Cline, Eleonora Cordovani, Kathleen Gasperine, Sasha Goodfriend, Naitasia Hensey, Amanda Mehlman, Ayanna Polk, Alessandra Pollina, Linda Rogers, Annemarie Schreiber, Madeleine Wu.
